Amberlee Cobler, DVM (Owner & Veterinarian)
Dr. Amberlee Cobler was raised on her family farm in Morgan County, Kentucky, completed her undergraduate studies at Morehead State University, and is a 2013 graduate of the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. From an early age, Dr. Cobler dreamed of owning a veterinary practice that provides high-quality, affordable care to pets in rural and central Kentucky.
After gaining valuable experience over three years as a small animal relief veterinarian and with Banfield Pet Hospital, she was ready to begin a new chapter in her career. In the summer of 2016, she founded Pet Wellness On Wheels, a mobile veterinary practice dedicated to serving communities throughout Central and Eastern Kentucky.
Today, Dr. Cobler is proud to be established in Cynthiana, where she continues to care for the small animal veterinary needs of the community. She and her husband, John, have three wonderful children who bring joy and purpose to their lives. Their home is also shared with a lively mix of animals, including several dogs and cats, a bird, and a snake.
Marley Lowe, MBA (Hospital Administrator)
Starting in high school, Marley began building her career in veterinary medicine from kennel assistant to technician, explored specialty medicine, developed her leadership skills, and now is a hospital administration. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Kentucky and her MBA-HA from Western Governors University. Being a lifelong learner, Marley is currently pursuing her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) credential and is exploring future graduate studies in Public Health (MPH) to further her passion for leadership, education, and community health.
Marley is especially passionate about teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow. Whether she is coaching team members, developing new training programs, or educating pet owners, she believes knowledge empowers better decisions and better outcomes for pets.
Outside of work, Marley’s life revolves around her animals: three Belgian Malinois – Justice, Phoenix and Warlock, four cats, a python, a 75-gal. freshwater fish tank, and her chickens. She actively trains and competes with Phoenix and Warlock in AKC conformation and numerous performance sports. Marley and her husband, Bryan, enjoy spending their free time outdoors, as well as traveling and attending concerts.

Jennifer Brewster, DVM (Associate Veterinarian)
Dr. Brewster graduated from Auburn University in 2011 and has a strong passion for both animal care and her community. She is a proactive veterinarian who focuses on preventing health issues before they arise through client education and comprehensive preventive care.
When illness does occur, Dr. Brewster treats each patient as if they were her own, providing thorough, individualized care. She takes a balanced approach, offering a full spectrum of treatment options tailored to each pet’s needs while also considering the client’s goals and budget.
Willa
Willa comes to us with experience in just about anything exotic or small pet. From owning rats to ferrets and dogs and cats, Willa has been a wonderful asset to our team. She lives with her family, including her two-year-old son who is the light of her life. She has several dogs and cats and various rodents and reptiles. Before joining our team, Willa worked with an animal shelter where she did adoptions and cared for hundreds of homeless pets. She is a recent graduate of Medquest College (May 2024) and is working towards becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Willa is passionate about providing top-notch care to all creatures great and small and is eager to continue her journey in veterinary medicine and make a positive impact on the lives of pets in her community.
Briana
Briana, Bri, has lived in Cynthiana her entire life and is a graduate of Harrison County High School. She has worked at Pet Wellness since 2023, where she has been able to fully explore and express her passion for animals. Her love for animal care led her into the field and continues to inspire her every day. Bri is deeply committed to caring for animals and values the opportunity to learn and grow through her experiences. She is grateful to be doing work that she truly loves and finds meaningful.
Amille
Amille began her veterinary career in the fall of 2024, having known since childhood that veterinary medicine was her passion. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Kentucky State University and recently completed her two-year Veterinary Technician program at MedQuest College, where she received her Associate of Applied Science degree.
Amille’s career goal is to specialize in surgery or dentistry, and she is also passionate about client education and helping pet owners better understand their pets’ care. Outside of work, Amille enjoys shopping, spending time with her family, and hanging out with her dog, Apollo.
Jadyn
Jadyn Shaw is a recent graduate of MedQuest College and is currently working toward becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Her passion for animals began at a young age, growing up surrounded by a variety of pets.
Jadyn enjoys being part of a team that provides compassionate care to patients and their families. Outside of work, she stays busy with her two dogs, who keep her active and entertained.
